As a small family business based in Edinburgh, it isn’t always possible for us to supply equipment to distant customers or attend projects in person — but that doesn’t mean we can’t help. How it works

It starts with your plans

Ideally the process starts with you sending us your plans, or a description of your needs or problems. We can then give you an idea of how we can help, and send you a quote for our services.

Consultancy typically begins with a detailed email response, followed by at least one video or telephone call. That helps us understand your project properly and clarify exactly what you need.

Detailed plans of your home or building are extremely helpful, but not essential. If you don’t have drawings, email us explaining your situation and the support you need. We can take it from there.
